Celestine Eleven And The Shard . . . Heavenly Holistic Fun!
Positivitea seems to be affording me lots of privileges and this weekend was no exception. On Friday the lovely Bethany Harper Walsh of SupLuv (http://thesupluv.com/) hosted an evening of holistic fun for the staff of Shoreditch House including delicious cold pressed juice from the boys at Crude Juice (http://www.crudejuice.co.uk/) followed by a dynamic vinyasa flow from the people at (http://www.secretyogaclub.co.uk/) . . . and if that weren’t enough it was all topped off with a fabulous tea tasting by the Positivitea team!
Then bright and early on Saturday morning I braved the heady heights of the Shard with yoga buddies Jen and Holly, kitted out in our fabulous Teeki leggings (they’re made from recycled bottles don’t ‘cha know? http://teeki.com/), to experience ‘the highest place in Europe to do yoga’. With fabulous views and the sun rising up especially for us in savasana, I would highly recommend this magical experience to anyone. Find out more at http://www.yogasphere.eu/.
This weekend of heavenly holistic fun will be hard to beat . . . but I’m off to LA on Thursday so we’ll see what that brings!
