Hibiscus, Strawberry & Orange Iced Tea
- 5 bags of Root Chakra Tea
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 oranges
- Ice cubes
- Edible flowers
Brew the tea and leave to cool for at least half an hour. Meanwhile crush the strawberries using a pestle and mortar and line the bottom of a glass jug with them. Squeeze the juice of one orange into the jug and drop in the cinnamon stick. Slice one and a half oranges into discs (squeeze the remaining half directly into the tea) and fill the jug with ice cubes and cold water to half way. Pour the hibiscus tea over the ice cubes, stir and garnish with edible flowers. Serve for afternoon tea.
