Yoga Connects Festival And Tea Tasting @The Power Yoga Company
It has been an eventful couple of days here at Positivitea. First up was a tea tasting for the fabulous Yoga Connects people on Saturday, a charity event which involved a spellbinding evening of shamanic-inspired vinyasa flow with drumming, chanting, singing bowls and a guided meditation courtesy of Felix Price and Diahann Love Holder, held at The Life Centre Islington. Afterwards there were raw chocolate treats, some beautiful mala beadsand of course tea on offer for all the peaceful warriors who had made it through the deeply moving practice. Positivitea will be the tea of choice at their forthcoming festival which has an A M A Z I N G line up that can only be read to be believed . . . we’re so excited!
On Monday we held another tea tasting at The Power Yoga Company, hands down one of the most beautiful studios in London in terms of light and atmosphere. It’s a true reflection of the beauty of its owners, Amelie and Marie Laure, and here at Positivitea we’re very proud to be a part of it going forward, both in retail and in the lovely cafe which serves the most delicious range of smoothies we’ve seen so far in a yoga studio. As well as all the wonderful people who tasted the tea (and loved it of course!) we met Mona Heep and Steph of Pollen & Grace, both enterprising young women in their own rights. If there’s one thing to be said about this job it’s that you get to meet inspiring people every day!
